Jasmine has worked on BBC and Working Title productions and curated exhibitions and workshops with UK Museums and County Heritage Services. She has written, edited and designed podcasts, blogs and websites for Oxford University, worked as an editorial assistant and writer for Financial Times Life & Arts, published articles in art magazines and journals (Apollo, Romanticism, Victorian Poetry) and helped many brands and businesses to redefine their voices to the public. Before being appointed as Director of LLC, she was a Lecturer in English at the University of Oxford. She won Wolfson Foundation Doctoral Funding for her PhD at the University of Cambridge; was awarded a Masters with Distinction from the University of Oxford; and achieved a first-class Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Cambridge.
DR JASMINE JAGGER
Elizabeth has published targeted and creative content in various industries from travel and hospitality to real estate and fashion. With particular experience in luxury and high-end branding, Elizabeth understands the inimitable value of words in crafting a particular story or image. Her pedantic love of language developed through an academic background in Classics which she studied at the Universities of Nottingham (Bachelor of Arts, first-class) and Oxford (Masters of Philosophy) and is still fostered within her work today.
Tom has lived and worked in Paris, and makes modern translations of literary works. He has received professional training from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, London, and assists Hollywood actors with the development of their scripts. He has a first-class Bachelor of Arts degree in Languages from the University of Cambridge, and is fluent in French and Italian.
Emily Baker has worked in marketing & PR for 10 years both in-house (L’Oréal, Those) and agency-side (Ogilvy, Tea & Water) in London & New York. She has worked on strategic campaigns for Bacardi, Amex, Siemens, Unilever, Microsoft and BP, more recently turning her expertise to start-ups, working to define brand & marketing strategies, develop fundraising materials and manage strategic campaigns. Emily’s experience ranges from managing local integrated campaigns to coordinating global projects across multiple channels and markets in Europe, USA and Asia. She has a Masters degree in Classics from the University of Cambridge.
Douglas has published in leading academic journals (Public Law, European Law Review), popular legal magazines (New Law Journal, The Journal), and presented at conferences in the UK and internationally (The Hague, Michigan). He has conducted cutting-edge collaborative research and assisted teaching on the BCL at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford. In 2018, he was awarded the prestigious Lord Astbury Scholarship at Middle Temple, London. Douglas has a Doctor of Philosophy and Masters of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, and a first-class undergraduate degree in Law.
